A consent form will be needed to be filled out BY A PARENT and either sent to us prior to a youth being able to participate in any event OR parent will need to bring form inside the night of the event. The consent form also contains a Media Consent and Release

We encourage parents to come, meet and touch base with the leaders for events that your child is participating in.
